Use any of the black bumper treatments like Back to black as has been suggested. They will work well, just need to do it every 6 months or so to keep it looking good.

Thank you all for your replies. I bought some ArmorAll Protectant (for vinyl,rubber,plastic etc.) I also bought some Silicone Spray for the window channels.
