  • changing rear springs!!!

Got some new rear springs - went for the cheaper milner ones.
Anyone recommend a simple way to change the springs. I seem to remember someone suggested taking off the shock bottom mounts and jacking up each side with the car on axle stands? Any advice appreciated to cure my saggy rear...

I may be chicken, but use spring compressors. It's easy to lose a fingertip otherwise! The forces involved are LARGE.
I'm sure the car accessory shop on Sunbury Cross roundabout hires them out, or sells them for not too much. I've got some somewhere in the garage if you want to collect them.
    Good Luck
