Heater Matrix

Was wondering if anyone has had to fit a new heater matrix, i think mine has sprung a leak (soggy carpet) on my 91 2.4 surf.
Any info on where to get a cheap one, and how to fit it gratefully recieved

Getting one probably the easiest part, Hilux bob or streetluge regularly break surfs, and I would bet that UK MK3 pickups are the same as well.

You headache is gonna come when fitting it, I may be wrong but on most cars the whole dash has gotta come out. They seem to build cars around the heater matrix!

I'd toss some radseal in and cross your fingers!

I saw a detailed description with photos of how to remove dash to remove heater matrix somewhere on the web earlier this year. Cant find it now when I need it! Anybody able to help with the link please?
