ok. had a search round , couldnt find any rear seat belts. in halfords(sorry) tonight found 2 front belts for a 4runner on the half price get rid pile. hurrah! if you unwind a belt completely you can push the belt through the reel, remove a bar from the end of the belt, then you can swap all the bits over, and turn a front belt into a rear belt. nice. bit fiddly, but i got an mot to get.

Yes one of the rescuse last year chewed through the rears just before MOT, Quick run to the local scrappy who normally has a couple of surfs in and bobs your uncle. I now try to tuck them away aas much as possible.
