  • Foam Air filter

I have just fitted a Monza foam air filter that I got from Supercheap for $49
I had to make a PVC adapter to get it to fit and it works a treat.
It is washable.....although SHE said that if she catches that thing in the kitchen sink there will be trouble!!!

Like some other mods I am not sure if the performance is real or psychological, anyway no more paper element airfilters from Toyota or Repco.

looks alright, I suppose its a bit like other replacement filters that you can fit. Sponge type ones are supposed to be better by all accounts.

SPONGE FILTERS need to be coated with light oil you can get some from a MOTOX accessory shop. Soak it overnight then wring out the excess let it settle then fit PUTOLINE do filter oil.
