Front suspension height

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to raise and lower the front suspension height by winding up or down the torsion bar adjusters under the front seats under the car or would this give you harder or softer suspension ?

You can get a little height difference, do a search as this topic has been covered till its thread bare and you'll get a lot of info
