Hi all,
I have a 1995 3.0TD (KZN130 1KZTE) with auto trans that is slipping badly when changing gears. It is currently with the mechanic who is taking big $$$ to rebuild it and the transfer case.
I found a "possible" change over auto trans at the local wreckers (done 98K kms) however as it is in an earlier model im not 100% sure if it is the same box as in my 3.0L TD.
The id plate on the vehicle at the wreckers says:
2LTE
LN130 0049314
Trans A343F / G254
As its the weekend I dont have access to my vehicle. Can anybody confirm that the A343F in the wrecked vehcile is the same or different to the auto trans that I have in my 3.0l TD.
Any help greatly appreciated.
