Mystery Wire in Drivers Footwell

I seem to have a mystery wire in the drivers footwell. Seems like a serious sized -ve that should be going to something but has been cut off. I know that our Japanese freinds like their gadgets and it could just be a leftover. Anyone else got this wire and / or know what it was once connected to ?

Thats just an old earth wire for some thing, pull it out.

Thanks Jotto. It's obviously not doing much at the moment but you never know. It may have been important once.
