Interior mirror removal?

The front interior light on my Surf has two 'map reading' bulbs and the mounting for the interior mirror.

Can anyone tell me how to remove it? - the mirror arm is loose and I need to tighten it.

If it's like the 3rd Gen just pop the plastic cover of the section nearest the windscreen and undo the two screws.
There may be one under the clear light cover too depending on model. Remove the whole unit and there is a screw holding the mirror arm on. To tighten the mirror, you may find you need to remove the screw and the metal insert, drop out (don't loose) the two small metal rolled pieces, and carefully open them up a little bit with a small screwdriver. It doesn't take much so don't over do it. Carefully place these back in, locating them over the plastic tabs (metal teeth point towards you), put the metal insert back in and screw it all back together. Voila, non wobbling mirror :-)
Its a ten minute job at most.
