rear window inhibit switch

Hi All, just a quickie, does the inhibit link in the rear wiper stop the rear window from going up and down or just down?

Just down as far as I know.
The lock button next to the tailgate release handle must be down to allow the window to raise. It should do it automatically as you turn the key.

I meant the inhibit on the wiper, the window goes up via switch and key but not down....still the original problem! the motor is fine up and down with a direct feed, I wondered IF it could be anything to do with the wiper park sensor, before I get the trim and relay out AGAIN....am slowly loosing the will to live!!
