  • Headlight and 4wd indicator lamps on dash out

    Hi
I have had a search and can't find anything on this.

The 4 WD does engage but neither the diff lock or 4wd lamps light.

Same for the headlight indicator lamp.

Main beam indicator lamp lights though.

Any ideas? Could they be related? Or a lamp out in the latter and a bad connection at the gearbox for the former?

Anyway, if someone could pass on their knowledge of what to chech and where to find it that would be great, especially if you have pictures.

    Many thanks

    Derek

Could be just the lamps out. Easy job to remove the instrument cluster do a search for timing belt light and there is a how to I think, on how to take the dash out. Did mine in about 15 mins replaced the lamps all good.

Thanks will have a look, though I think the gen3 may not have a headlight indicator, as the gen2 doesn't and neither des my mates Boxster. My Honda Accord does though.
