Wiring Help Needed!

I'm retrofitting a/c into my truck...the donor system has a 3 wire plug for the cds fan relay: http://i204.photobucket.com/albums/b...ps6e21ae4c.jpg

Does anyone else have this 4 wire plug that can help me figure out which wires go where?
