Electric aerial

HELP
ANYONE TELL ME A QUICK FIX FOR MY AERIAL AS IT HAS DECIDED TO NOT GO UP AND DOWN ANYMORE but takes great pleasure in the motor still running when i start or stop.

ITS DRIVING ME NUTS (ok i nuts already)

where is the power for the motor is it easy to get too to disable?

as the motor goes to take the aerial down assist it with your finger

just next to the motor unit behind the wheel arch liner there is a conector just unplug it when the aerial is up. you will need small arms but it beats dismantling the dash.

EERRRRRR Pops bad news im afraid the lead in you pencil has gone and broke?????????? well actualy its the wire inside the aerial has either broke or come off.

the even worse news is...its a BU88ER of a job (well it was for my m8 wot fixed it ) cos its inside the inner wing the best way to cure it is get a new aerial or a new insert and then..............
