Timed Relay

Need a Timed Relay that will operate for a few seconds when engine is turned off, to operate a VSV to aid in smooth engine shutdown by closing the small (EGR) butterfly. What is it I should be looking for? Must operate when ignition is turned off. Want this to modify an LN61 Surf that has had an LN130 engine installed, without all the wiring harness associated with it. Manual glow system has been installed and everything else is not needed, but would like to solve the rough shutdown by using one of the VSVs on the engine.

I used a 10 second relay from here for my interior lights. Maybe that would be enough. I can't remember the wiring diagram for it though..

Yeah mate that would be good if you can manage it.
