Hilux Surf speedo problem

YES, Rear Seatbelts show a date of 1992 which would seem to fit. As to a central diff. I can reconise a front and rear diffs. on mine but I would not know a central one if it leapt out and bit me.Like the word on the DVLA Karma althought the on-line registration is a boon to those whose post office has closed.Clive
