Towbar

Hi all
Sorry if its been asked before, couldnt seem to find it

I need to fit tow bar eletrics on me surf. i have the actual tow bar but no electrics. was looking at the Milner off road electric kit http://www.milneroffroad.com/categor...?cID=11884&p=2
just didnt know, if this was the correct part,
ALso any tips on how to wire?
