  • Can't get fault codes

Probably me being a massive fwckwit but...

Just tried to pull the fault codes. Stuck one end of a paperclip in TE1 and the other in E1 and switched the ignition on.

Got no engine check light flash at all. Tried the paperclip to various depths and with Faye wiggling it (the paperclip ) to no avail.

Any thoughts other than 'sheesh, can't even do this basic task' ?

Thanks Tony. Tw@ of the week award to me.

Engine check light flashes constantly (as does the O/D off light until I switch O/D off, then it stops)

        So no fault showing.

Fancy starting up doing house calls Tony?

Nope. Not sure if I'm convinced I wont break anything

I'll have a look tonight and see if I'm feeling brave.
