Which battery charger

As the battery charger I've borrowed off my dad is a little too wee for the Surfs batts I need to go out and buy one. Any recommendations?

Halfords, Argos or Maplin would be easiest as I could pick it up tomorrow AM and get charging but if theres much better online I'll wait.

An automatic one sounds good so you can put it on and forget about it, but not sure from reading some reviews how well they 'sense' what level of charge the battery is at?

Got one of them a while ago, no probs at all, kept me going through my failed alternator period when it was charging one of the 4 batteries i was using virtually constantly for nearly a month
