Cruise Control Issue

I can set my cruise control and all seems fine then after about 1/2 driving it switches itself off and won't engage again properly, you can press the set button and it thinks about then nothing. Park up for a couple of hours and start driving again, press cruise and fine until again 1/2 driving hour blar bla blar.

Any thoughts?

Mine does something similar....unfortunately I haven't had time to investigate it yet.

I did wonder if it's the turbo timer interfering with it, may disconnect it and give it a try when I go on my next long run.
