  • Is There An Easy Way To Change Headlight Bulbs?

i've bought some 'super bright' replacement headlight bulbs, and was going to fit them today, but it seems ya have to take have the engine out? do you have to remove the battery's etc to get at the bulbs, or is there an easy way?

Remove batteries and plastic tanks, it only takes 15 mins max to replace two headlight bulbs.

do ya have to drain down the tanks then or just lift out the way? And is it simply disconnect the battery's and reconnect? worried about the alarm and immob...

Just disconnect one battery, unbolt and move plastic tank to the side and replace bulb.
Re-fit tank and battery and repeat on the other side.
The batteries are wired in parallel so as long as you keep one of them connected, the alarm/immob won't be affected.

Assuming of course he's talking about more than one battery? We've not ascertained that yet.

And there's no need to shout.

All KZN130, and all EFI LN130's have two batts regardless.

The mythical 'winter pack' is fuel heater, heated mirrors and seats, and KiteSurf Phils truck was the only one i've ever heard of with it.
