Imobiliser problem

Hi

I have a 4runner 3.0td 1995
I have been away at sea and have not used the truck in a while
Both batteries were flat so removed and charged both batteries
when fitted the alarm sounds and vehicle won`t start
I have put a new battery in the alarm fob but doesn`t seem to do anything
Is there a way to re code the alarm or can i bypass the imobiliser/alarm


Any help would be gratefully recieved

What make of imobiliser ? factory fitted or off the shelf ?
Either way you may need to contact the maker to find out if there is way to reset to default.
Probly your best bet to google them then phone for advise.
Must happen all the time and they must now how to fix it.
Place near me can recode and programme new fobs etc but your not exactly close........1606 miles away by my calculations.

I will contact Toyota as it appears to be factory fitted
But thought i would ask here before they give me the run around
and Yes it is a bit far to tow the truck back to them
