    good afternoon all,
    on the seemingly evergrowing list of to do for my surf is;
    dashboard i am loving the white look and was wondering if any of you have had any experience with them ,not just the mph conv ones but the whole white day and neon looking at night units,?does that make sense?i did at one point have a link to a US company but would prefer something a little bit more local.
    rear heater
    rear heater fan works but units heater matrix stays cold, i suspect the heater control valve (lever operated shiny bit) is u/s has anybody else had a solution for this valve i don't think it can be a airlock? my cheap idea is to fit a 1/4 turn ball valve dont want to pay toyota prices for a replacement
    any hints or suggestions preferably clean would be welcomed

    There are 2 very small pipes that run to the rear heater these have been known to get blocked up. I would check that you are getting hot water along these pipes before playing with the matrix/control valve.

      They made these using gauges supplied by ourselves

      Here's the page from where some were fitted

          The pipes to the rear heater are known to block up especially if the rear heater isn't used at all
