Using a HID KIT and Installion of Hilux Surf

Yes i used the search function and i still cannot find a lighting diagram. I know how to hook up the relays that not a problem for me, I tested the voltage drop at the bulb and i was getting 13.8 volts which i think is very good i try and took the bulb up to the accessories line on the alternator just to see how bright it get compared to the 13.8 volts.
Anyway, I have at the moment 100W on high beam and a 90W low beam.
I had a 150W in at one time but the entire bulb melted from the heat the lamp couldn't dissipate the heat the bulb generated.
I believe my surf is 1992.

Anyway, if you know how to 'hook' up the relays, why do you need a wiring diagram? I assume you mean wiring diagram for the lights as I have no idea what a lighting diagram is.

No i don't want a wiring diagram i want a lighting diagram or a focus diagram for the head lamps its something you print out on a sheet of paper past it on the head lamp and it focus certain beams on a board infront of you which you have another sheet of paper if the rays of light line up your light focus correctly if not you have to adjust the angle the light shines at I can't find one for my head lamp i have one for Tundra but it doens't work

just a thought but wouldn't it be quicker just to go to your local garage and get it done on the machine.My local garage doesn't charge me for doing this even for the mot

I don;t have anything like that i live in a real 3rd world country. Guyana that is very corrupted drug run country lol. So we are not really update with stuff like that if people want to focus there headlamps they just adjust it until it looks right but i did that to mine and well i knew it used to be better before and i can;t seem to get the right setting

I've never seen one or even heard of a print out to check yourself.. I think its assumed they'll be ok an if they aint its only a couple of screws to adjust..

How the hell were we supposed to know where you live from the information you provided?

Anyway, what you're asking for does not exist. There will be information on what the focal point and height your headlamp beams should be, for your specific country, on the internet.

But, if you don't have the beams tested, I'd do as Rod says and adjust them to suit you.
