No sound from front speakers

My VZN185 had a Jap Kenwood fitted (rather badly). Radio didn't work (due to the aerial signal wire not being connected) and there was no sound from the front speakers. I just fitted my Blaupunkt unit this evening with an ISO converter. All is fine except for the front speaker, which still have no sound. I checked the wiring and it all looked untouched from the Toyota connectors. Check a speaker connector in a door and it looked untouched too.

Are there any known issues with the fronts? Don't think there was any sound coming from the little tweeters either...

front speakers are totally rubbish. i solved that problem by buildind a big box putting 4 speakers and an amp in it now it dont matter if a got front speakers

Well, I've ordered some replacement speakers front and rear, so I suppose that will prove if its the speakers...

You'll probably find the front speaker cones have turned to dust, mine fell apart when i took em out
