I've changed my front indicators over to LEDs and they work, but flash at a faster pace. Is there a requirement for the rate they flash at? If so how do I slow them down? Resistors or new relay?

*all figures are assumptions, but this will hopefully help you work out what you need*
Whats an indicator bulb wattage? 12W? That means 1A current at 12v - slightly less with engine running (14.4v)
Therefore assuming your LEDs draw 100ma, you need to draw around 900ma through resistors in order to get the correct flash rate. For 12V this is around 13 ohms. Buy a value close to this. You need to sink similar wattage so buy aluminium heatsinked ones of around 20W to give you some headroom and bold them to the chassis somewhere.Cutting steps in the roof of the world
