engine warning light?

the engine warnin light keeps comin on and goin off but wen it's on the turbo don't work! the rev's also bounce wen it's idle! does any1 no wat it is or wat it cud be! i've just serviced it change airfilt, oil filter +oil, diesel filter! thanks

Check you haven't accidently disconnected any vacuum hoses / electrical connectors in the areas you were working.

I had the same problem intermitantly. I reset the ECU by disconnecting the batteries for 20 minutes. After this it was OK.
If this dont work the next time it does it check the fault code. check them here
