Cheers Just ran out and hit it a right good dunt and the beeping has stopped . Still cant get the $$$$$$ windo to move right enough. Where is the switch for the rear wiper could that go knackered and stop the window ?

Give the wiper a wiggle in it's holder.
But saying that, my rear wiper parks it'self automatically if I use the key to lower the window.
