Just thought I'd add this note as when I searched the site for info on a battery, I could not locate an identical one to what other members had recommended. All I could do was measure my original battery, the one it must have came in with when imported (it was definitely Japanese), and compare the actual dimensions. These people I found not only sold batteries to order online, but they list the dimensions of all their batteries, which is handy. I was pleased with the service and the battery dimensions are good to fit straight into my LN130. I bought from these people.

Specifically, I bought this battery, a Numax type 089 on this page for my RH (drivers side) slot.

The type 088 battery is identical, except the terminals are swapped the other way round, so would suit the left hand battery slot.
These batteries are 68 Ampere Hour, Cold Cranking Amps=505A, and dimensions are 254 x 175 x 203. They have a 3 year gaurante. Current price is £40.59 inc VAT + £8.50 postage (yes, it arrives in a well padded box with a set of disposable rubber gloves for you to use to unpack it).
Seems to start up a treat now. 'Instant' as they say.
