air con

hi all

Iv just had the air con re gased and second hand pump fitted.
Only problem it wont switch on...
But works fine if you jump start the pump.
is there a temp swich which wont let the thing run as its 2c outside?

Do you get the light come on the AC button on the dash?

No there is no light .The garage tell me that the bulb has gone.
And that there is no power at all going to the switch.
All fuses have been checked.
But the garage did not want to power up direct as to do with cut off sensors.just wondering whats been diconected.....

Hi

I know this might be a daft question, but do you have the fan on? If the fan switch is set to the 'off' position the AC will cut out.

I seem to remember that the Air Con fuse is located behind the glove box. Do a search on Air Con and you should find the thread. Good luck.

Yes removed glove box and found fuses for air con.
One blown so replaced.
Now works
