Are you still on your travels somewhere? Have a pair of IPF 9301's, the ones
with the yellow lenses and plastic guards. If your still way out yonder, might
be a sod to get them to you though.

Currently in Kenya although will be driving home (to Zimbabwe) through Tanzania, Malawi and Mozambique at Xmas. Might have some people coming out so do you have any pics? Do they come with loom, relays and switch? And, most importantly - how much?

I took them out in their entirety. Loom, spots, relays, high/low switch. A few
connectors to rejoin the cables where I had to snip them to get them out from
the steering column is all that they need. I'll try to post some pics later. They
are the ones with the yellow lenses that are on quite a few surfs on the bullbar
infront of the rad. There may be someone else who has some pics knocking
about. As to price, pay the postage and they are yours. Wife'll be glad to
get rid of them out of living room.

Edit: BTW, just checked the size, they are approx 8" to 9" diameter.

Many thanks. Can you pack them up securely and I'll email the address of my folks in Cornwall. If you can the send me the price of post and packing I'll send you a UK cheque. When it pays you can send them.

Many thanks again and I'll definately keep a few cold ones in the fridge just in case you ever make it out this way.

What can I say. I could never be arsed enough to register as a seller with
Ebay. How the hell would they manage to fit something that large on a VW,
                  BTW?

Besides, I'm also intrigued about seeing a pair fitted on a Zebra Surf.

he'll probably paint them to match the surf but they should be ideal for out there

i sold a set of the wheel centre caps at the same time on there and the guy who bought them had just registered on here mike2119

                      stormforce1067 - stop $$$$-stirring! (Typical $$$$$$ Cornishman!)

MattF - Thanks once again, but if you would like something for them, please don't be shy.

I'll be fitting them on my bullbar between my bulk-standard headlamps. What with the other spots above I should be sorted for the drive down to Zim - 4000km and 5 countries in about 5/6 days.

I try not to drive at night but we always seem to be late leaving point A and rushing through to get to point B before midnight. It gets $$$$$$ dark here - sundown is about 6.30 - and dodgy, lots of natives and animals wandering all over the road in various states of intoxication and not a $$$$$$ working streetlight between Cape Town and Cairo!

It's not the wildlife (there ain't much of that left), its the $$$$$$ goats and cattle! Stringy, scaly, bony beasts that they are - if you hit one the natives will literally lynch you! That's if some corrupt local bobby doesn't confiscate your car and haul your arse off to some lice infested, flea pit of a cell for a few days/weeks/months until you can make bail that probably exceeds his whole $$$$$$ country's GDP.

But that's why we love Africa so...!

I'll ask you to send them to a work mate of my wife's in Rugby (she works for one of those "do-gooding" charities) and they'll bring them out to me. I'll get there address for you asap.

                      Cheers mate

Every time someone mentions centre caps, I remember that I've forgotten
to take mine off yet. Isn't he the one with the Meatloaf sig?

Nope. Don't want nowt for 'em. Like I said, it'll save me getting an ear bashing
off the wench about them being in the front room. Just glad to know they'll
find a use instead of just being sat here gathering dust.

Don't forget that I am also a Cornishman - Falmouth born and bred!

Parents still live in Rame Cross on the Falmouth/Helston Road.
