Sidelight wire - which one?

Hi all

I am attempting to fit a rear fog light. I took the easy way out and bought a Halfords light, and a Halfords pre-packaged Relay/Switch/Wiring assembly.

I have fitted the switch in the recess beneath the ignition key, I have the wiring all done up to the dash.

What I now need is a wire close to the switch (which is close to the fuse box) that powers the sidelights. I have a multimeter and was playing around near the cigarette lighter when I managed to blow the sidelight fuse (now fixed), and now it is dark and I can't go any further!

Can anyone give me the colour code and location for a suitable wire? I will get this Surf MOT'd and on the road if it is the last thing that I do!!

I took mine from the Green/Grey that goes to the Hard/Soft switch on the suspension , makes it easier as the switches are close .

Im sure you've solved it by now but if not its the large orange wire centrally located on the wiring clip below the steering column.
