Newbie with a dashboard related question.

Hi i am Damien Falzon From Malta Europe
I own an LN112 toyota Hilux 2.4 2lte auto.
The problem that i have is that rev counter neddle and the speedo neddle seem to get whiter instead of orange with age. Is their a cure for this? Paint or change the needles?
