Help!!!!help!!!!help!!!!!

Hello all, new to this so bear with me! Just bought 3.0ssrx surf, M reg & i have noticed that when i brake as i take my foot off the brake i have a slight clicky sort of noise & the radio/air cond cut out for a second - havent even tried the lights etc yet to see if it happens then to!
Any ideas??? Dont know anything about cars but do know a mechanic!!!
