need help diagnosing heater blower fault.

Hello everyone.

new here. although ive had a 4runner for a year a half already.
but since nothing goes wrong with the car that someone else has already fixed, I never had the need to post.

before going into the details, i just want to make everyone aware that even tho my diagnosis may appear at the surface

had another go at the issue, and this time i put 12v through the relay. which allowed me to conclude that the relay was the issue as it failed to click.
instead of ordering another toyota relay, i made myself an adaptor and used a normal automotive relay instead, and my blower is back up running
