General issues on 3.4l V6

Hi
Can anyone advise me of the things I really need to keep an eye on on the 3.4l V6?
I know with some models it was issues such as the radiator size... any advice appreciated.

Check t4r.org, that's the US 4Runner forum.

Yours has the same engine as the identical US 4Runner got (they didn't get the diesel). They should have plenty of advice about that unit's pros and cons.
