Front tires stuck to drum

I know its a bit of a late reply to this thread but my two of my wheels were stuck on when I first got mine.

I just loosened the nuts a turn or so, jacked the truck up on a trolley jack so the offending wheel was off the ground about a inch, undid the jack valve fast and dropped the truck. Job done!
