    £1500 - Zavoli squential injection system & 2 x 50 ltr tanks
I have a friend who owns an LPG conversion business. I put the tanks in and piped everything through and assisted him with the wiring etc -
it works really well and £ for £ I get about 40 mpg
    NO WORRIES!

      OK

I have now put the recored rad back in but still i get cold air coming through the heater even when up to temp. This is driving me MAD. Top rad hose is hot bottom one isn't. What do we think ? Stuck stat OR curplunked motor.

If i don't get this sorted the men in the white coats will be coming to get me and to make matters worse we had 4" of snow here and i couldn't go out to play

      BOO HOO

Have you looked in the tecnical section. There's an article there on airlocks in the cooling system.

The Supra 5M engine will fit as far as I know - think Elvz is doing one on one of hers. Needs some mods and I think the Sump has to be changed because the bulge is in the wrong place (front rather than rear).

You might be able to have the block stitched on the V6 without it causing any real problems. Might be cheaper than going for a new engine. Alternatively the cheapest way may be to get one imported from the states. The shipping will be quite high but you should be able to get one fairly easy. Post a question on www.yotatech.com and someone may know where there is one. If you get it shipped seafreight it will take some time but would be cheaper.

                    Cheers

                          Try some rad weld.

Try to find a used Toyota 92-93 Camry if 4Runners are hard to find, these had a 3VZFE motor which would seem to be the same block. Would be nice to know if they are the same if you find one.

Absolutely, however it will fit as a replacement. I was going to make that comment myself but I thought you were making the point of using the Supra engine as a Mod not a straight replacement.

                            Cheers

it seems there are more options in comparison to a 3.0 diesel
