For those that have gone the 1UZ route in a 2nd gen, what are the main problem areas with the electrics?
It probably sounds simplistic, but if the engine, gearbox and loom are taken from the LS400 and put into the 2nd gen, and apart from the fact that there will be some redundant wiring, most of the wiring will be reconnected to the transplanted ECU, so are the certain things like connecting to the Surf dash that causes problems etc?
I could go on for ever, but in a nutshell that's it so any pointers/info would be gratefully received
