Kzn185 engine on to an kzn130 body, possible?

As per title says, is it possible to fit an engine of a 1997 surf on to a1994 ?
would I have any problems with ECU?
I know the dipstick is on the other side, don't know about other differences or possible problems,
Can any of you enlighten me? Many thanks
