Couple of questions i can not find in a search Rad cap/Heated fuel primer

First my surf has a temp gauge on the rad cap but the pressure rating is 1.1 from searching i have found some standard ones at 1.1 but most are 0.9 which one is right do not want to go pressurizing the system up to much.So which one is right ???


Second is my fuel filter primer housing stated leaking got a very good second hand one off the same age surf which is heated i have the wiring to the loom and the relay from fuse box but has any one done this and is there a wiring diagram.This is the primer....
