Clacking and intermittent grinding/vibrating noise from o/s/f wheel

Hi
When driving my kzn 130 , 3.0 td auto surf there is a loud clacking type noise coming from the front wheel area on top of this it intermittently makes a loud vibrating/grinding noise, with pulsing feed back through the brake pedal
The sounds happen in all ratios and 4wd and coasting but slow down as the truck does
Can anyone give me some pointers please

Sounds like it could be the bronze bushes.
