Just had my a/c system re gassed and noticed the clutch releasing and re engaging, especially if you blip the throttle, but just randomly on tick over. Is this right or have i a fault?????

Air con clutch
Assuming you are getting cold air out of the vents, the thermistor will cut the clutch in and out to maintain the required temperature.
If the system has little or no cooling, the system could be under or over charged, and the clutch is being controlled by the high or low pressure switch. -
Ideal thanks, although the guy that recharged it for me wasnt sure the quantity to put in so used the landcruiser spec. Does anyone know the correct amount for the kzn185???Comment
