Sticky 2-4 wheel drive operation

the magnets in the motor that drives the gear selection are prone for coming away from the casing .
this can result in a motor that has no power so it struggles to move the shaft. i suggest you look at that.
easily fixed if one has come lose just araldite it back into place .
