other thing I noticed at 70mph, light wobble on steering, I've only just had the enduros put on the front, could it be balancing?, it was done at the time.

plus, light constant wine I think at rear, or somewhere around the middle?
its only just passed its mot, so what might it be

If you had wHine, it might be the fan being on, on the rear heater. Or the diff, if it sounds like it's external?

wondering if its external myself, its just in the background at the moment, but you know what its like, you know, so its on your mind all the time

Just having an mot don't matter they don't check the drive train fully as part of the test. Mot is only around 19% of what it came out the factory.
I'd suggest checking wheel bearings and diff for whine. Or could just be road noise from your tyres
