No Gears will select 3l Auto 1993 surf

Hi,

I was on my way out when I realized I forgot my glasses, turned the surf around and pulled into my drive. Got my glasses and went to pull away and it will not find a gear.

No drive in any gear and when I put it back in PARK it makes a crunching sound!!!! = ?

Any ideas?

I'm just warming the engine to check the ATF.
