Headlamps, bulbs or sealed beam?

Hi ya

Quicky this time, just got back from shopping where I discovered one of my headlights isn't working, I got out to investigate assuming it's a bulb but couldn't tell that easily without stripping battery out.
As it's absolutely p*ssing down here I got my Max Ellery out that says sealed beam, I go onto ebay and one that's for sale says "includes bulbs"??

Any idea's guys? it's a 1994 2nd gen 3.0l KZN130
