Bl**dy thermostat

Trying to change the Thermostat after putting a new rad in, undone the two bolts and the housing will not move. Any tips on how to remove the housing will be much appreciated.

if i remember correctly there is a bracket aswell fixing the pipe to the block aswell

I could not see a bracket, but I will have a look, there is a bracket fixing it to the ATF hoses, which I have undone.

definitely a bolt holding the bottom of the pipe to the underbits, 12mm. H

It's under the above mentioned bracket.

Found it, but it is not the original bolt, the top one was 12 m and the bottom one was 11m. Guess what. I have every size spanner except 11m
