heated rear screen and wiper

can anyone help please!
my rear wind screen wiper and heated screen worked well,then last winter they went intermitent with a ticking noise coming from the consul,now they have stopped completely is it the stork or a fuse.

a bit hard to say without futher testing.

Have look here for the electrical manual and see if that helps you narrow it down a bit
