Having just had all my overheating problems sorted out (phew!) I have been given the truck a good test on the motorway.
But when on motorway at 70-80 and I hit a hill it really seems to struggle to maintain that speed. In fact it shifts down almost straight away and even then I was foot to the floor and only just keeping 55-60 mph. The hill wasn't too steep.
I had a 3.0l a few years ago, albeit, with far fewer miles on it and I can't remember it ever wanting for power and I thought motorway cruising was easy. I may be remembering wrong but is this normal for one of these or does anyone think I have a problem?
On the flat or around town there doesn't seem anything wrong and there's no smoke at all out the back.
