    I rarely need to do the tensioner when you inspect them, in fact I can't remember the last time I actually 'needed' to change one a 3.0, Some people have said change it regardless, but that mostly just piece of mind than needing one. It probably won't have been done even if I have done the belt in the past. The head kit will come with a new cam belt, so don't worry about that, just decide if you want a new tensioner and idler or not.
